National Cadet Corps (NCC)
In order to provide basic military training to the students and develop
self reliance, self discipline and leadership qualities and instill patriotism NCC was set up by the Govt. of India.
A unit of NCC is functional in the college campus. Shri Nantun Paswan is the
Officer In-charge of NCC. Interested students can enrol themselves after fulfilling all the laid down conditions.
They may contact Officer In-charge. Once enrolled, they are provided military training for three years.
After successful completion of two years of training ‘B’ certificate is awarded and after three years ‘C’ certificate
is issued. The NCC certificate holders are given preference in various government jobs. As for instance, ‘C’ certificate
holders are exempted from written examinations in CDA, if they score 50% in their bachelor’s degree.
